National Arena League Success

Last weekend saw Tring Swimming Club *WIN* our 3rd round draw of Arena League. It was a really fantastic evening with great individual and team performances. See some highlights below!!

  • The *fastest Tring Arena League Team EVER!*  (by cumulative time across all races). This was 11 seconds faster than our next best performance.
  • Coaches asked the team for a squeaky-clean gala - and they delivered! *No DQs* all evening! With lots of relays and broad range of age groups, this is a great achievement.
  • Swimmers were on great form, with *30 PBs achieved* from 106 swims 
    ⁠*2 Tring Arena Records* in both the Squadron and Open Girls 4x50freestyle relay!  (fastest times swum by Tring swimmers at Arena League). Including a heroic anchor split by Oli Soli to steal the win for the Squadron team in the last 5 metres! 
  • ots of happy swimmers and great team spirit and support.
