Fine-tune your skills and build aerobic endurance to a competitive standard.

  • 5 sessions available, 2 sessions minimum recommended each week


Specialised coaching for regional and national events. Achieve strict criteria necessary in skills, attitude, attendance, performance. Ambitious goals agreed with coahing team. Regularly compete in galas and meets.

Swimmers aiming to be the best possible and take a leadership role throughout the Club.  Regularly compete in galas and meets.

  • 14 Years+
  • 7 sessions available, 4 sessions recommended, each week


Swim and socialise in our sessions dedicated to adult swimmers over the age of 18. Coaching programmes for fitness and strengthening, in fun and supportive surroundings. Ideal for parents of our younger swimmers.
