Tring Swimming Club is an entirely volunteer-run organisation. 

The committee is responsible for the administration of the Club, that meets every 8 weeks or so to manage the running of the Club and its affairs. All committee members (excluding coaches) are parents of the swimmers who volunteer their time and expertise to help run the club.
